Order delivery times may vary from time to time due to actual arrangement. Chef's Market will try to deliver ordered goods to you according to selected delivery times. In the event of late delivery, under no circumstances will Chef's Market be liable for refund or discount. Delivery charges vary according to the distance and delivery difficulty of each region. Ordered goods should be received by persons 18 years old or above.
Clients are responsible to ensure someone is at the location to receive the goods. If the client is absent for the delivery, and needs to re-schedule the delivery the client will be responsible for the transportation charge of HK$100.
Order placed before 5 pm for two days delivery, same day delivery will not be accepted.

If Typhoon Warning Signal No.8 is hoisted all deliveries will be cancelled, the delivery will be postponed and re-scheduled to the following working day.
If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during working hours, delivery will be stopped and will resume after the warning is lowered.
We at INFO DRAGON LIMITED (“INFO DRAGON LIMITED”, “we”, “our” or “us”) take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we will manage information we collect from you through our websites and online services, including https://store.chefs-market.com.hk/zh-HK/, INFO DRAGON LIMITED mobile application and any other owned or operated websites, social media platforms and online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively the “Sites”) and through our restaurants/outlets/self-order facilities, call centres or other channels (“Services”). We will meet the standards of personal data privacy protection in complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”) and the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 8/2005) as amended from time to time. This Privacy Policy applies to our Hong Kong operation managed by INFO DRAGON LIMITED.

3.1 We intend to use your Data in direct marketing, and we may not so use your Data unless we have received your consent (which includes an indication of no objection).
3.2 We would like to use your Data including your name, phone number, email, address and/or your response to any online survey or other activities to contact you about the following:
3.2.1 products, services, promotions and events of or relating to INFO DRAGON LIMITED and our affiliated restaurants and food outlets, and other restaurant and food outlet brands managed by the INFO DRAGON LIMITED (“Affiliate Restaurants”), including those products, services, promotions and events jointly provided, organised or co-branded with third parties;
3.2.2 products, services, promotions and events of or relating to our other business partners as follows (“Other Partners”):

3.3 Your Data may be used within or outside Hong Kong and Macau for the above direct marketing purposes. However, your Data will not be used or transferred for direct marketing purposes without your consent.

4.1 We do not transfer, sell, rent or trade your Data to or with third parties. Your Data may however be transferred within or outside Hong Kong and Macau as follows for the purposes stated in section 2 above and this section (and any directly related purpose):

Deliveries

All orders shall be deemed completed once the order has been delivered and duly paid for.
Payment

Payment for products ordered through the Online Ordering service can be made by Online Payment (see below). INFO DRAGON LIMITED may change at any time the method by which payments for online orders may be made and a notice to this effect will be placed on the website.

You must ensure that a person aged 12 years or older is present at the time of delivery at your address to receive. If no such person is present, INFO DRAGON LIMITED shall attempt to make the delivery at another time but reserves the right to charge an extra delivery fee.
Variation/Cancellation of order

Refunds of the price
